Education is a right for everyone, so I will use all the communication tools available to sensitize everyone in any organization about the available opportunities within their experience.
I will do the research and help key stakeholders to help leaning institution to give fair and equitable opportunities to all learners.

provide opportunity for widespread training and retraining of teachers, reviewing tried and proven strategies.  continuous monitoring and support, characterized  by mentoring and coaching, encouraging collaboration and modeling in classrooms.

Collaborate with students, families and the community to understand what it is that each view as central to their present and future best interests, learn their culture(s), learn how to respect their cultures and views. Train teachers to utilize a pedagogy of place, problem posing and service learning, incorporating that which is important to the community. Use problem posing to gain insight into causes of dropping out. Locate or invent mechanisms to overcome these barriers, including alternative routes to completion.
