ITEN is a professional network of leaders in education of all levels and areas that are interested in sharing knowledge, experiences, research and good practices in the field of the teaching profession. Based on a strategy of horizontal cooperation, ITEN offers a space for debate for all teachers in the Americas.

By promoting collaboration and interaction, and sharing opportunities for teachers, we hope that the participants will be able to learn from each other and ensure that ITEN becomes a space which generates change and promotes the professional development of all of its members.

The Inter-American Teacher Education Network is coordinated by the Department of Human Development and Education of the Organization of Americas States (OAS).
