Education Innovation through Global Partnerships

In Fairfax County Public Schools, in Virginia, USA, we host a Global Classroom Project for teachers and students. Our goal is connect students with peers to communicate and collaborate on Sustainable Development Goals (global issues) and to take collective action. Teachers and students use technology tools to make this work, and if time zones align sometimes have virtual synchronous meetings for students to exchange real time conversation. Our teachers form equitable partnerships, with student learning and critical & creative thinking being a priority. Our focus is on SDG 4 Quality Education. I'm wondering what kind of professional development teachers would be looking for to join this program?
