I have a Degree in Hospitality and Tourism with a minor in Education. I am a Home Economics Teacher for over 22 years at the same institution. Home Economics covers Three areas - Food, Nutrition and Health, Family and Resource Management and Clothing, Textile and Fashion. An avid reader who likes a wide variety of books. Loves movies, loves to travel and explore, enjoys working with young people and relaxing whenever I get the opportunity.
