Constant learning has benefitted us in ways that enhance our knowledge and self-improvement as individuals. It was Benjamin Franklin who said, "An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.'' Can we all attest? I sure can.

Critical thinking is not only an important skill in teaching and learning, but life as well. It is an essential skill teachers should master and incorporate in the teaching and learning encounters they have with students.

This has been a very impactful and interactive course that offered beneficial insights, which contributed to my continuous growth and development as a teacher. I am happy to say I gained new knowledge on vital information that plays a fundamental role in teaching and learning. From writing objectives, preparing critical thinking questions, planning activities, assessing and evaluating, to incorporating Bloom's Taxonomy, the Scientific method and the Socratic Seminar strategies, all broadened my knowledge on interactive ways of how to foster and encourage deeper thinking among our students.

With the main focus being critical thinking, it is therefore our role as educators to incorporate these strategies in our lessons, as well as to do continuous research and seek to find new and exciting ways, and/or strategies that will stimulate and enrich students' critical thinking skills.

it is so important that our students learn to think critically. It is through critical thinking that solution to problems can be found. As a country there many problems to which we are yet to find solutions for. When we as educators are able to produce citizens who are able to think critically to solve problems in their different fields, it makes the future seems even brighter.

Well said shanice, I too have developed  skills and knowledge  that i will used to enable my students to think critically after listening or reading any form of documentation or every day scenerios.

Thinking Critically as now become an essential part of my continuious  development.

Having the ability to thing critically will help foster my students growth and development throughout life.
