Mr. Vazquez is the Regional Advisor for Education in Latin American and the Caribbean at World Vision. In this position, Dr. Vazquez offers technical leadership, coordination and support to the World Vision National Offices to improve the quality of educational programming and help them achieve effective child development and well-being through an integrated approach that correlates with the global and regional educational framework of World Vision
