we have students where they listen the class and understood only with embarraze no speaking

This kind of problems we have to face, but the most important aspect is to engage students into different activities such games or singing songs in order to students realize that speaking the target language is normal, and it is not so difficult, students has to be in contact most of the time inside and outside classroom the target language use.
