- I am Jacqueline Peters-Richardson the Education Officer –Business in the Ministry of Education in Antigua and Barbuda. I began my teaching career twenty three years ago. In 1992, I attend the University of Technology in Jamaica where I obtained diplomas in Business Administration and Accounting. In 2006, I obtained a BSc. in Business Education from Skidmore College. My thirst for knowledge and my passion to propel a shift in the Education System of Antigua and Barbuda lead me to participate in several courses to aid in this transformation.
