Education is in constant changes, actualization according with the evolution and exigencies of the society making necessary to create, establish new practices and policies with the participation and inclusion of nationals and international teachers. In accordance to what was mentioned before some questions born, questions as:

How it is possible integrate practices, strategies, policies of another country in my country?
How I can select the best practice to my students and/or school?
Which technologies tools I can use to integrated to get a best practice and policies?
