Enough with Bullying Regional Campaign
Content: This seminar offers participants particular understanding on the social phenomenon known as “bullying” and provides them with elements that allow basic level education teachers to take a quick look at content in the toolbox created for partners to the Enough with Bullying campaign (Cartoon Network, Plan International, Organization of Ibero-American States and World Vision). Presenter: Salvador Vazquez, Ph.D., Salvador Vazquez, Ph.D., is a Mexican citizen, Social Anthropologist, Political Sociology teacher, and holds a PhD in Social Sciences. His areas of expertise are cooperation for development and informal community education processes, as well as poverty, exclusion, inequality and citizenship. Mr. Vazquez is the Regional Advisor for Education in Latin American and the Caribbean at World Vision. In this position, Dr. Vazquez offers technical leadership, coordination and support to the World Vision National Offices to improve the quality of educational programming and help them achieve effective child development and well-being through an integrated approach that correlates with the global and regional educational framework of World Vision

Salvador Vazquez, Ph.D., Salvador Vazquez, Ph.D., is a Mexican citizen, Social Anthropologist, Political Sociology teacher, and holds a PhD in Social Sciences. His areas of expertise are cooperation for development and informal community education processes, as well as poverty, exclusion, inequality and citizenship. Mr. Vazquez is the Regional Advisor for Education in Latin American and the Caribbean at World Vision. In this position, Dr. Vazquez offers technical leadership, coordination and support to the World Vision National Offices to improve the quality of educational programming and help them achieve effective child development and well-being through an integrated approach that correlates with the global and regional educational framework of World Vision. Coo presenter: Sergio Von Vacano, is a Regional Education Specialist at Plan International. A Bolivian by birth, he has studied education policy and project management for development and has been involved in the management of educational projects with a human rights approach for several years. For the past six years, he has been working at Plan International and participating in the coordination and direction of the "Learn without Fear" campaign. Additionally, he currently provides support to the implementation of the “Enough with Bullying” regional campaign.
