I'm looking forward to the Webinar "Developing Oral Academic Language with Critical Thinking Skills". ITEN's soon-to-be-released toolkit and audio program will encourage and support the use of this practice; I expect Dr. Zwiers will offer examples from his work and research.

I believe we need to help person develop critical thinking skills to be independent and resourceful persons in society. The fact that critical thinking provides a person with skills to facilitate sound judgement promotes peace learning as well.

Dear teachers, the critical thinking process is vital to the development of intellectual, social, spiritual, emotional and physical life. It is imperative that we integrate strategies and projects that fosters intuitive growth and natural learning that is unique to an individual's personality and wiring. Of course let it include as much fun as possible.
